After realizing we needed a new furnace and air conditioner, Priority Mechanical was our obvious choice. From the initial quote to the final touches of installation, we were extremely pleased with every facet of the process. Our quote from Steve was competitive and the commitment on installation date was met. Our installers, Tyler and Sheahan, worked very hard and at the end of the day we had everything working perfectly. We discovered an issue with our rental hot water heater and after days of no hot water and no resolution from our previous provider, we discovered Priority Mechanical also sells and installs these. Needless to say, we went ahead and ordered one with Brandon (who was a Godsend through all of this). Expecting installation the next day, we were beyond thrilled to see Tyler and Sheahan show up to do the venting followed by Ryan and Brayden with the water tank. All of these gentlemen were friendly, professional and very knowledgeable. It was very refreshing to witness such a wonderful work ethic from such young individuals. They worked together seamlessly and Priority should be proud to have them on their team. We are so thrilled with every aspect of our experience with Priority Mechanical and we would highly recommend their professional services to anyone!

I would highly recommend Prioirty Mechanical to anyone for all Plumbing and HVAC needs, whether it be repairs or maintenance or new construction. Priority's Plumbing crew did an excellent job on relocating my basement rough-ins for a 3 PC bathroom and New Kitchen Piping and installing all the final fixtures. The HVAC crew was just as amazing with relocating my supply ducts and installing a 2 -ZONE isolated supply vent system and explained how it all works in great detail. Looking forward to working with Priority again on the next project this fall!
