2. Estimates and Pricing

All prices, quotes, and estimates are subject to confirmation following an in-home assessment. Final pricing may vary based on system selection, installation requirements, and site conditions.

3. Promotions and Special Offers

All promotions, discounts, rebates, and special offers are subject to specific terms and conditions and may change or end at any time without notice.

Unless otherwise stated:

Promotions apply to select systems or services only
Promotions cannot be combined with other offers, discounts, or rebates
Promotions are valid for a limited time
Installation timelines may apply
Additional terms may apply based on the promotion

Referral Bonus: When a customer refers a new customer within 60 days of their completed service, both the referring customer and the referred customer will receive a $200 gift card once the referred job is completed. Referrals made more than 60 days after the original service will result in a $100 gift card for both parties once the referred job is completed. Gift card options are subject to availability and determined by the salesperson. Effective January 20, 2026. All other terms and conditions apply.

Ayr Resident Discount: Residents with an address within Ayr, Ontario receive a 15% discount off their service or replacement. Effective December 1, 2026. All other terms and conditions apply.

Interest-Free Upgrade: Customers may receive 6 months at 0% interest on the purchase of a qualifying new heating, cooling, or plumbing system. Financing is available on approved credit through FinanceIt. If minimum payments are not made or if the balance is not paid in full by the end of the promotional period, interest may be charged in accordance with the financing agreement. Offer applies to select systems and installations only and excludes service repairs and diagnostic fees. Effective March 1, 2026 and valid until May 31, 2026. All other terms and conditions apply.

Priority Professional Opinion: The Priority Professional Opinion provides a complimentary second opinion on a competitor’s written system replacement or service/repair quote. Customers must provide a copy of the competitor’s written quote at the time of appointment. Offer is limited to residential homeowners and applies to like-for-like comparisons only. This is a no-obligation consultation and does not include free repairs, or diagnostics beyond standard visual inspection unless otherwise stated. Offer is ongoing and may be modified or withdrawn at any time. All other terms and conditions apply.

Priority Gives Campaign: The Priority Gives campaign is valid from May 1 to May 31, 2026. During this time, Priority Heating, Cooling & Plumbing will donate 2% of every qualifying repair, replacement, and maintenance service to a participating local charity selected by the customer, up to a maximum donation of $100 per job.

Participating charities include KidsAbility, The Food Bank of Waterloo Region, The Humane Society of Kitchener Waterloo & Stratford Perth, and Cambridge Memorial Hospital Foundation.

Donations are made directly by Priority Heating, Cooling & Plumbing and are not eligible for charitable tax receipts. All other terms and conditions apply. Priority reserves the right to modify or end the campaign at any time without notice.

All promotions listed above and other promotions offered are subject to our terms and conditions.

4. Financing

All financing options are subject to credit approval through third-party financing providers (FinanceIt). Priority Heating, Cooling & Plumbing does not guarantee financing approval, rates, or terms.

5. Website Use
