If the customer’s furnace requires a filter size that we do not have in stock or cannot supply, a $75 credit will be applied in lieu of the free filters.
1. Eligibility
- Offer valid for residential customers only.
- Customer must reside within our standard service area. Additional travel fees may apply for locations outside of this area.
- Must be 18 years of age or older to book and redeem the promotion.
- Offer is available for new and existing customers.
2. Promotional Period
- Promotion is valid for bookings made between November 12, 2025 and November 30, 2025.
- Services booked during this promotional period can be scheduled up to December 31, 2025.
- Bookings made after November 30, 2025, are not eligible for the promotional pricing.
3. Pricing and Payment
- Regular price: $645 + HST
- Promotional rate: $495 + HST
- Full payment (or deposit, if applicable) must be made at the time of booking to secure the promotional rate.
- The promotional rate cannot be combined with any other coupons, discounts, or offers.
4. Filters and Credit Policy
- The free box of furnace filters includes standard-sized disposable filters only.
- If your furnace requires a custom or non-standard filter size that we do not carry, you will receive a $75 credit toward your total invoice instead.
- The credit is non-transferable, has no cash value, and may not be applied to future services.
5. Scheduling and Service Terms
- All services included in the bundle must be scheduled as part of one service visit unless otherwise agreed upon.
- Customer must ensure safe and unobstructed access to all ducts, vents, and the furnace area.
- Missed appointments or cancellations with less than 24 hours’ notice may be subject to a rescheduling fee.
6. Limitations and Exclusions
- Offer does not include repairs, replacement parts, or additional cleaning beyond standard duct and furnace maintenance.
- Commercial or multi-unit properties are excluded unless otherwise approved in writing.
- The company reserves the right to modify or cancel the promotion at any time without prior notice.
7. Liability
- The company is not responsible for pre-existing issues or damages found during cleaning or maintenance services.
- Customer agrees to hold the company harmless for any issues arising from system conditions not related to the services performed.
8. Acceptance of Terms
By booking and purchasing the Black Friday HVAC Bundle, the customer acknowledges and agrees to these Terms and Conditions in full.
