I have been using Priority Mechanical since 2014, before they expanded to their current complete size, and have done many projects and repairs with them over the years. I would like to thank them yet again for coming through and installing brand new tankless water heater paired with a brand-new high efficiency water softener. Thanks go out to Shawn D. for coming out to do the quote, where we coincedentally discovered my previous tank started leaking. Thanks also go out to Brandon H. for making the installation happen immediately after giving myself a night to review the options and pricing presented. Priority has always been accommodating throughout the years and continue to do so which is why I highly reccomend them! A sincere shout out also goes to the install crew on this job as well, both Nicholas A. and Jeremy W. worked together to have the installation done as scheduled and on time such that I had hot water once again. The installation was professionally done and very clean and now gives me a bit more space in that furnace room. Jeremy has done a lot of work on this house and is the reason I keep coming back to Priority for all work at my place and recommending them to both family and friends and anyone who asks for suggestions. Don’t hesitate to call elsewhere within this region, Priority get’s it done right and with a fair price with great customer service – which is hard to find these days! Excellent! I had gotten a few different quotes and Priority was the best balance of price and quality. Their install team was fantastic - so much attention to detail, care and workmanship was put into the install. Super impressed and highly recommend!

We had such a great experience with Priority Plumbing! They completed all of the plumbing for our basement renovation, including our utility sink, washer and dryer hookups, bathroom toilet, and vanity. They were quick, professional, friendly, and so easy to get ahold of whenever we had questions. Everything was done efficiently and we couldn’t be happier with their work. I contacted this company regarding a plumbing issue I was having, but I wasn’t able to pinpoint the exact cause of the problem. Kelly, the service coordinator, was incredibly kind and helpful. She told me she would reach out to a plumber and follow up with me the next day with a rough idea of what could be causing the issue. When she followed up, their assessment was correct! It turned out to be an issue with my rental water softener, which I was able to resolve through the company I rent it from. What I really appreciated was their honesty, professionalism, and genuine willingness to help. Even though I never actually hired them to do any work, they still took the time to look into my concern, offer possible solutions, and point me in the right direction. That level of kindness and integrity really stood out to me. You can tell that they genuinely care about people and aren’t just focused on making a sale. Priority Mechanical has worked on units for me 3 times now across 2 different properties and they always do clean and fast work. The customer service is always amazing and the technician, Yousif Ishaksay, has been fantastic.

I can't say enough good things about this company. They are just the best!! They let you know via text who's coming with their history and picture. The work they did for us was a water softener and tankless water heater. Certainly very happy with both and the tankless water heater is amazing. We highly recommend this company.

Zack was amazing! He was friendly, professional, and helpful. He quickly diagnosed the problem with our AC and got it working again. We had been struggling with the heat, so we were extremely grateful for how quickly and efficiently he fixed everything. He was also very kind and explained things clearly. It was already quite late when he came, and we were his last appointment of the day, so we really appreciated him coming out and taking care of everything for us. Excellent service, 5 stars for sure! The technician inspected my AC unit and managed to figured out the source of the leak. Fixed it with silicone caulking and it has been working great. Another techician tested water from a few faucets and found out that only my kitchen faucet has hard water due to how the pipe layout was designed. On both visits, I was told that I don't need to replace anything at the moment since my AC and water softener are still working but start saving up for when they fail. I'm grateful that technician from this company are all providing honest recommendations without the push for a sale. They will be my go to guys for anything HVAC, heating, cooling and plumbing moving forward.

Zac was very courteous and meticulous at ensuring the full check / service was completed and that I understood all that was done. When possible I would appreciate Zac for future services. Didn’t answer price questions as service is part of the maintenance plan.
