Priority New Construction Home First Maintenance

If you are the original owner of a new construction home for which we performed the HVAC work and you schedule a Furnace and A/C maintenance with us within one year of your closing date, we will provide the maintenance completely free of charge. This offer is not combinable with any other offer. Priority Heating, Cooling & Plumbing reserves the right to make changes to and/or rescind this offer anytime, for any reason, without prior notice.

No tax Promotion

Promotion Details

1.1. Customers will not be charged applicable sales tax on HVAC or plumbing service calls, including:

  • Diagnostic services.
  • Repairs for HVAC and plumbing systems.
    1.2. This promotion applies only to services provided by Priority Heating, Cooling, and Plumbing.

Eligibility

2.1. The promotion is valid for residential customers located within Priority’s service area.
2.2. This offer is available for service calls scheduled during the promotion period.
2.3. The no tax promotion does not apply to:

  • New installations or replacements of HVAC or plumbing equipment.
  • Purchase of parts or materials not included in the repair.
  • Maintenance plans or agreements.

Scheduling and Payment

3.1. Service calls must be booked directly through Priority Heating, Cooling, and Plumbing by phone, website, or approved channels.
3.2. Payment for services must be made in full upon completion of the service call to qualify for the no tax promotion.

Program Limitations

4.1. The no tax promotion cannot be combined with any other discounts, promotions, or offers unless explicitly stated by Priority.
4.2. The promotion applies only to the cost of services and labor; parts and materials are excluded unless they are part of the diagnostic or repair service.

Liability

5.1. Priority is not responsible for any delays, cancellations, or missed appointments that fall outside its control.
5.2. Customers must provide safe and reasonable access to their HVAC and plumbing systems for Priority’s technicians.

Changes and Termination

6.1. Priority reserves the right to modify, suspend, or terminate the promotion at any time without prior notice.
6.2. Changes to the promotion will not affect customers who have already scheduled service calls during the promotional period.

Governing Law

7.1. These terms and conditions are governed by the laws of Ontario.

Furnace Buy Back Program

Thank you for considering the Furnace Buy Back Program offered by Priority Heating, Cooling, and Plumbing. This program allows customers to receive up to $1,000 credit or cash toward the purchase of a new furnace when trading in an existing furnace that is 7 years or older. Please read the following terms and conditions carefully.

Eligibility

1.1. This program is open to residential customers located within Priority’s service area.

1.2. The existing furnace must:

  • Be in working or non-working condition.
  • Be at least 7 years old at the time of trade-in.
  • 1.3. Proof of the furnace’s age (e.g., purchase receipt or manufacturing date) may be required.
  • 1.4. This offer is valid for one trade-in per household.

Buy Back Value

2.1. Customers will receive up to $1,000 credit or cash toward the purchase of a new furnace installed by Priority Heating, Cooling, and Plumbing.

2.2. The final buy back amount will be determined based on the age, condition, and specifications of the traded furnace, as assessed by Priority’s technicians.

2.3. The buy back credit cannot exceed $1,000 or the purchase price of the new furnace.

Program Limitations

3.1. The buy back credit applies exclusively to new furnace purchases and installations provided by Priority Heating, Cooling, and Plumbing.

3.2. This offer cannot be combined with other promotions, discounts, or financing programs unless explicitly stated.

3.3. The program is not applicable for furnace repairs, maintenance, or other services.

Trade-In Process

4.1. The existing furnace must be removed by Priority’s technicians as part of the installation of the new furnace.

4.2. Priority retains ownership of the traded furnace and reserves the right to recycle, resell, or dispose of it.

4.3. Customers are responsible for ensuring safe access to the furnace for removal.

Exclusions

5.1. Furnaces installed in commercial or industrial properties are not eligible.

5.2. Furnaces with significant safety hazards or damages (e.g., due to fire or flooding) may be deemed ineligible for the program.

Program Changes and Termination

6.1. Priority reserves the right to modify or terminate the program at any time without prior notice.

6.2. Changes to the program will not affect customers who have already completed an agreement for a furnace trade-in and new installation.

Liability

7.1. Priority is not responsible for any incidental or consequential damages associated with the removal of the existing furnace.

7.2. Customers agree to release Priority from liability related to the traded furnace once it has been removed.

Invoice must be paid in full for the warranty to remain valid. This offer cannot be transferred or combined with other warranties or offers unless specified. Maximum loan of $40,000 and a minimum of $5,000. The loan is interest-free with a 10-year repayment term. Offer is only available to eligible homeowners for retrofits and home improvements. The maximum loan amount is based on selected retrofits and quotes, subject to industry standards. Any costs above the loan amount must be covered by the homeowner. Part of the loan may be advanced to cover contractor deposits, with the balance disbursed after post-retrofit evaluation.
