Offer is only available to residential customers who purchase and install Trane equipment through Priority. The warranty covers parts and labour for 10 years from the installation date. Invoice must be paid in full for the warranty to remain valid. This offer cannot be transferred or combined with other warranties or offers unless specified. Maximum loan of $40,000 and a minimum of $5,000. The loan is interest-free with a 10-year repayment term. Offer is only available to eligible homeowners for retrofits and home improvements. The maximum loan amount is based on selected retrofits and quotes, subject to industry standards. Any costs above the loan amount must be covered by the homeowner.
