If we could give more than 5 stars, we would! After selling our home, unfortunately our furnace broke down. We had a limited time to get the furnace fixed, and being a smaller hydronic furnace it was incredibly tough to find something fast enough. I contacted Priority and immediately heard back from Rylan who informed me he could not only get the unit needed, but it would be installed within just a couple of days. Since we had a timeline, I was incredibly stressed and Rylan did an amazing job at reassuring us everything would get fixed! As promised, after only a two-day wait the unit was installed efficiently by Tyler and everything was good to go by 3 p.m. today. We are thoroughly impressed and will be going with Priority for any of our needs in the future! 10/10 recommend!!!

Our heat wasn’t working for a day or two, making it quite unbearable in -15 weather. Jeff Welk, our service tech, came in and fixed it in minutes. For someone that doesn’t know much about HVAC, I couldn’t have had a better tech, and Jeff spent 10 mins with me answering questions and explaining how these things work and teaching me how to make sure things are running well and efficiently. Whole experience beyond expectation
We previously had a gas water heater installed by Priority Mechanical Service Ltd, Ayer, ON, and were completely satisfied. So when it was time for a new furnace, we naturally contacted Priority once again. And again, the whole experience from our first discussions with the office, through the sales, site survey, and quotation process, and finally to the installation and commissioning of the new devices was beyond expectation. We set up an appointment with Rylan W, who explained our options as well as the features and benefits of the various packages. He also explained the technology to us so we could make informed choices. We decided on a new furnace with a heat pump. Rylan was also able to explain the process of the government's Canada Greener Homes Loan Program. He was very prompt in replying to any questions or concerns we had as the process continued, including booking our day of installation. Our installers, Andrew B and Ryan B, arrived promptly on our appointment day. Removal and installation went without a hitch. The new installation was neat and the job site was very clean after they completed their work. They too were very responsive to any questions that arose. Andrew then gave a quick tutorial on our new HVAC components and how to use our new thermostat before he left. Rylan also paid a visit during the installation to ensure everything was progressing to our satisfaction. We highly recommend Priority Mechanical Services Ltd for any heating/cooling or plumbing needs.

Got a TRANE brand AC installed by Priority Mechanical (PM) and the job done was amazing as expected because PM was the contractor which installed the HVAC equipment when this house was initially built. Such a nice and clean quality of work. They even replaced the 15A breakers with 20Amps one. I have no more trust in CARRIER brand or its contractors. Previously had a carrier AC installed by Airmakers. Who didn't do quality work and customer service was not good either.
