The replacement of your heating equipment is a tough decision. We have the equipment for any budget as well as qualified installers. We are always changing up our rebate programs to stay current and competitive, so make sure to ask when you call!
Schedule regular maintenance with us and we will keep your equipment in top running condition. We recommend service in late spring or early fall so that we can service both air conditioner and furnace at the same time. We don’t have pushy sales staff or any contracts to sign and won’t start any repairs until we have discussed the details with you.
Our experience in new construction and renovations has made us the perfect choice to install gas lines in just about any area. Need a line for your barbecue? We can do that. Fireplace? No problem. We use only licenced Gas Fitters for all of our gas line installations. All lines are tested and tagged in accordance with TSSA regulations.
The foundation of our company was built on new construction installs. If you are building one new home or are a home builder building an entire subdivision we have the staff to support your project. With over 30 installers and 15 trucks we can support a large townhouse or multi-family project. This means your job can be done in a timely manner with top quality installs.
Our full service 1,500 square foot metal fabrication shop allows us to custom make ductwork, plenums and adapters as well as stock the most common parts.
Gas venting is critically important for reasons of both health, safety and the efficiency of the equipment. Correctly installed, it will be white PVC (636) pipe, clean and square with cleanly cut holes into the building that are sealed well and are placed according to the current building code to avoid the minimum proximity to openings such as windows, doors and other intakes.
We install for both new and retro projects ranging from small houses to commercial buildings.
Most of us take our vents for granted, but they play an important role in the distribution of heated and cooled air throughout the home. Sized and placed properly, they ensure that each room gets the correct amount of air not only to keep it at the desired temperature, but also to keep the moisture level consistent.
We provide load balancing services to ensure that every room is receives its’ share of the air. Should more or less air be needed for some rooms, zoning can be added to be sure they reach their desired temperatures. This makes use of valves and dampers inside the duct work that open and close in combination with thermostats to force air where it’s needed.
System zoning involves multiple thermostats that are connected (wired or wireless) to a control panel, which operates dampers within the ductwork of your forced-air system. The thermostats constantly read the temperature of their specific zone, then open or close the dampers within the ductwork according to the thermostat’s settings. Not only is system zoning helpful for houses with inconsistent room temperatures, but it’s also great for heating or cooling individual bedrooms based on the desired temperature setting. If you have a usually empty guest room, just shut the door and close the damper. If used properly, system zoning can also help you save money on your energy bills.
Beyond your average HVAC installers, Priority goes the full distance by having duct and system design services on-staff including full BCIN certification and registration. We will take drawings and dimensions to calculate the heat loss of your building and then create electronic drawings and prepare paperwork required for building permits.
Everything from programmable thermostats and home automation to zoning systems and more complicated building automation, we can help you reduce your overall energy costs including the use of Energy Star rated equipment.
Our large team of experienced installers is at your disposal for everything from rooftop packaged units, chillers, boilers and cooling towers to large ventilation systems and direct digital control multi-zone environments. Include us in your RFQ today.
