We recently contracted Priority Mechanical Services Ltd to install a heat pump, new furnace and new ductwork. Exemplary service from our first phone call inquiry, consultation with Steve & Rylan, installation by technicians Jeremy & his partner (sorry, I've forgotten his name), follow up & education by technician Shawn, even an after-installation visit from Steve with a Thank You gift! Having Priority Mechanical (PM) install new Trane furnace, AC, humidifier and entirely reworking my old ductwork was one of the best decisions I have made regarding our renovation.

Of the 6 or so other companies I had come through our home to price out a new system/ductwork, PM was not only the cheapest but they were most professional the moment they walked into my home. Rylan, the Comfort Specialist, spend a good amount of time talking to me, answering my questions and walking around my home to come up with a plan of attack and providing me a quote that worked for us and them. He was knowledgable, helpful and just great company.

Our installers were Andrew and Craig (Greg? unfortunately I cannot remember at this time). They were wonderful. They were very helpful in making sure I got proper supplies and returns in proper locations to maximize the furnace and AC. There was no slowing these guys down; they were here to do a job and they did that job quickly, efficiently and professionally. I don't think I could have asked for a better install from these guys. They spent A LOT(!!) of time answering my questions as they worked and also took the time to make our kids laugh when they had the moments to do so.

Once the install was complete they tested and balanced each register thoroughly to make sure airflow was maximized where it was needed and slowed down where it wasn't needed as much. They got it all tuned up, installed my new Ecobee and provided a lesson on a few of the new features of the new furnace/ac/humidifier.

If I had to do it all over again I wouldn't hesitate to give Priority Mechanical a call and they are the first ones I will be recommending to family, friends and to fellow Google users.

Noticed a leak today and found Priority Mechanical through a Google Search and read the reviews. Called in for service and was lucky to get same day service and very quickly. We are new customers for air conditioning (never had AC before), and Priority Mechanical provided us with exceptionally professional service throughout the process, from initial contact and sales (Steve provided excellent, straight-forward recommendations, and efficient scheduling) and the installers (Craig and Andrew) were very punctual, highly courteous, and very efficient. Everything was installed very neatly, the work areas were left very tidy, and any questions we had were answered fully. We initially became Priority Mechanical customers 8 years ago when they installed a replacement furnace for us. We received great service over the years from Priority who we always relied on to tune up our furnace in the Fall, so when it came time to replace the furnace recently, it was an easy decision to proceed with Priority for this project. From the initial quote process to the installation, the customer service and attention to detail along the way was exceptional. It was refreshing to receive a quote tailored to our needs as opposed to feeling pressured, and the installation date was set immediately, less than a week after receiving the quote. The removal and installation of the furnace was efficient, clean, and precise.
